Spray Tips & Guards
Paint spray tips determine how much fluid leaves the spray gun, and the width of the spray fan, when you pull the trigger. It’s crucial that you select the correct one for your spray gun as it will play a huge part in helping you to create the professional finish your job demands. And you mustn’t forget the spray guards. These will not only hold the tip in place – preventing the tip from being positioned too close to the surface being painted – but also prevent the possibility of paint injecting into your hand.
As a leading supplier of paint spraying equipment, Surface Finishing Equipment Group (SFEG) brings you an extensive range of Graco spray tips and compatible guards – all manufactured to an exceptionally high quality and available to purchase for a competitive price. So, why not take a look today?
A complete range of paint spray tips and guards
We currently stock tips and spray guards from leading manufacturer, Graco. The reversible spray tips come in a vast range of sizes and are used with either the Graco Xtreme or King high-pressure spray pumps. Some can even be used with lower pressure electric and petrol airless pumps –all must used with a tip holder/guard.
To choose the right paint spray tip, you need to pick one that is a suitable size for the paint or coating you’ll be spraying. For example, light coatings (i.e. lacquers, stains and enamel) typically require a small tip, whereas heavier coatings will need a larger spray tip.
Whilst the most suitable guard for you will depend on the type of airless spray gun and spray tip you use, you’ll be pleased to know that our collection of spray guards includes the XHD tip guard which is used with Graco XHD high-pressure airless spray tips, as well as the RACX tip guard – perfect for Graco RACX airless spray tips and all contractor electric and petrol-driven airless pumps.
For air assisted spraying we have both faced button tips and Radex reversible tips.
