Electric Airless Spray Pumps
An airless spray pump propels materials, such as paint, at a surface using pressure from a hydraulic pump. These systems not only increase the pressure and speed of application but also boost productivity and efficiency, providing an even coating.
As a leading supplier of surface finishing equipment, we stock a wide range of airless spray pumps on our website at SFEG. So, why not take a look? We’re confident you’ll find something suitable for your application.
A choice of paint spraying pumps
We supply systems from renowned brands – including Binks, Graco and Tritech – so you can trust that they’re manufactured to an exceptional standard and will serve a host of applications.
Airless sprayers work by drawing material into a pump under suction, which is later compressed (hydraulically or pneumatically) under high pressure. The material is then forced through the top of a spray nozzle, creating an atomised pattern.
Air-assisted airless systems, on the other hand, are a combination of airless and air spray units. Though they provide more control, they offer a similar speed of application.
