Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Abraclean. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Cancellations and Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us completely unused, within the original, undamaged packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To start the returns process, please email us at sales@abraclean.co.uk.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover any shipping costs incurred during the cancellation/returns process. These must be paid for by yourselves. 

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us at sales@abraclean.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds / Exchanges

Once we receive your item, we will notify you of its arrival and the refund/exchange status, after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the amount you paid minus the original shipping cost and a 10% re-stocking fee. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All goods should be suitably wrapped/packaged to ensure safe handling and protection during transit.
