Cone Blast ½ - Internal Pipe Blasting Tool

Our Internal Pipe Cleaning tools are suitable for both new and existing ipipwework and give complete 360° coverage without the need to rotate the component.

The Coneblast tools simply couple to a standard blast hose and suitable blast cleaning machine.

Coneblast ½ Internal Pipe Blasting Tool

• Cleans 50mm-125mm i.d pipes.
• In its basic form cleans pipes up to 40ft (12.20 metres) lengths.
• Fast simple and highly effective for the toughest assignments.
• Tungsten Carbide deflector tip fitted for extended life.
• Designed for oneman operation.
• Air consumption 13mm Nozzle = 200cfm @ 100psi (5.6m³/min @ 7 bar)
• 16mm nozzle 350cfm= (10m³/min @ 7 bar)

125mm to 305mm dia Pipes

For pipes between 125mm and 305mm the Coneblast ½ Internal Pipe Blasting Tool can be used with a centering carriage - select the optional carriage below.
